Folder Network drive

Hello My folders are in a network drive, How can I password protect all my
folders? Besides my self one other person may have access to my folders.  or
Can i protect each file in a folder.Is this possible

Have your network administrator assing Read/Write access to your network
folders on a as needed basis.

You could password protect each file by file protection is rather week in
the Office product suite and there are countless utilities that can break an
assigned file password.  Some of the utilities are free.  I know, I've used
em'.
