When I try to open a new task and save it, this error message appear:
"Please save the task order by clicking Save Task Order on the Actions menu
in the "Tasks" folder. The view must not be filtered or grouped for Save Task
Order to be available. Could not complete the operation. One or more
parameter values are not valid".
Any ideas? I have tried EVERYTHING but nothing works.
Please help .....
Regards.

I had the same issue. Tried several suggestions from searches-CleanView
switch from command line, ResetFolder switch, delete task folder (unable to
delete) and several other things, none of which worked. Here's what fixed it:
I created a new folder under the Task Folder called it Test Task. Created a
new task in new folder. Moved the task to the original Task Folder that gave
error. Opened the task and chose Action-Save Task Order from the Menu line. I
was able to create a new task in the original Task folder. I deleted the new
folder I'd created and it still worked. I even closed Outlook, re-opened,
able to create task, problem resolved. This problem was happening with our
CEO, no less, so I was desperate to find the fix. He is now working and
happy! Hope this helps.....
