PRX File Extensions

Someone is trying to send me a file via outlook with the extension .PRX but
it keeps return a violation error.  Has anyone had this problem before?

I'm not prone to open unsolicited attachments, but here is a list of
possible programs that the file type might belong to.

Isn't a .prx file extension Microsoft Fox Pro? If you don't have the
application, you wouldn't be able to open it. I haven't looked to see if
there is a free viewer though. You should be able to Google that.

The file extension is a compressed file from a program called Primavera P3e
which is a planning tool like Microsoft Project.
