1) I have included a Title entry in Contacts (Details page) but am unable to
get it to show in front to the addressee's name when setting up to print an
envelope or label. My Christmas cards are rapidly becomming New Year's
cards--maybe Valentines! Using Outlook 2003.
2) Also, is it possible to begin printing a set of labels other than at the
beginning of a new sheet of labels, e.g. Row 3, Column 2?  (I miss my trusty
old Sidekick program.)
Thanks for any help.

State how you are constructing the merge. Did you include Title as a merge
field?

Thanks for your reply.
I was just working through Word, clicked on Contacts, clicked on an address
from list of contacts, it shows up in a document, I set the envelope specs,
return address, barcode, etc, but don't know where to specify that the Title
should be included, even though it is entered on the Contact page.

Printing labels requires a mail merge, which you are not doing. There is
ample information already posted here, in Help files and in the KB on how to
do a mail merge. Read it. Post back with a specific question  if you do not
understand it.

Thanks--I guess I was trying to avoid that commotion for just doing one
envelope. I'll check into the mail merge.

That's the only way to do it unless you're just trying to print one page of
the same label.

You're welcome. I could have sworn I've seen the name "Puffy Taco" here
before. Maybe there are several people with that name.
