2007 Outlook Hyperlink display error

When I make a hyperlink in outlook it displays as "{HYPERLINK
"http:/www.xyz.com .....} and not as the highlighted link what wrong,
incoming messages are ok?? This only seem to be a display error!

You've got Show Field Codes enabled. To disable press the Office orb in the
left top corner while composing-> button Editor Options-> Advanced-> section
Display e-mail content-> option Show field codes instead of their values
