Not within Outlook. Utilities, such as Pocketknife peek, make it easy for
the user to copy the header to paste into the body, or you could write a
macro to do it.

Thanks for your quick response.
So, it seems I will need to add another software to make Outlook send
the headers all other e-mail clients send by default. That's almost
insane... It's almost like adding a new key to my keyboard to add a
feature all other keyboards already have (even the "free" (as in "free
beer") keyboards)!
Using a macro will be almost as annoying as copy-pasting manually,
not to mention I have to create the macro in every computer our
customers have.
Well, may be a good time to change their e-mail client! :-)
