Hello..

One of my clients have a problem. When I'm trying to save a message a.s a
text,
html or a message file i only get filename.* without extension. I manually
have to
write *.txt *.html or *.msg behind the filename, so that the file can be
recognized.

On my other Outlook 2003 Clients, the option "save as type.." displays:

"Outlook Message Format (*.msg)"
and I dont have any problems with these.

But the client i have problems with, is displaying this:

"Outlook Message Format "
Without the extension..

I have tried to repair the Office 2003 installation with no luck.

Thanks in advance,
Anders, Norway

Did you check WIndows Explorer's Tools | Folder Option dialog to see whether the problem machine is set up not to show file extensions?
