I have around 100 messages saved from Outlook 2003 in .msg format which I
need to view on another PC with Outlook 2000.
Is there a converter available to allow this?

None I've ever seen.  I suspect the problem is that if you've enabled
Unicode format in OL 2003, the .msg files you save will contain Unicode data
unreadabe by OL 2000.    You can adjust OL 2003 so that it doesn't include
that data when saving as .msg, but that doesn't help with existing .msg
files.
