I have a user on Outlook 2002 and she has it checked in her advanced e-mail
setting options to suggest names when completing To, CC, and Bcc fields.
However, often times this quits working.  Even if she's entered the full
e-mail address and, later in the day, creates another message to the same
recipient.  Why does this happen and is there a fix for it?  Thanks, Marilyn

Usually requires creating a new profile. The current one is corrupt and
loses its connection to its autocompletion cache.
