Using Outlook 2003 and Win XP
Been experiencing numerous instances of Outlook saying "file not closed
properly" (even though it was) and running its check files program before it
will open.
So decided to run scanpst.exe. It repeatedly would give stop at 7 of 8 (not
responding showed in Task Manager) until I happened to click on the blue
frame of the window. It then finished properly and reported errors. When I
click Repair it just goes into non responding mode and hangs.
Anyone have an idea of a workaround or what might be causing this?
Thanks.
