How do I unblock hyperlinks in email in Outlook 2003?

I receive an error message saying: "The operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer." I have not altered settings, except
for reinstalling the adsl modem driver and the email software (wanadoo
France). I cannot find any settings in either of these which would affect the
opening of a hyperlink from within an email received.

Set or reset Internet Explorer as you default browser (In Internet Explorer
Tools-->Internet Options-->Programs) and also check the box to alert you if
Internet Explorer is not the default browser. Restart Internet Explorer and
then restart Outlook and try your hyperlinks.
