Check your View, Encoding in the messages. Changing it to Unicode or Western
European and see if that helps. Tools, options, mail format, International
Options has the selections for encoding for all outgoing mail--mine is set on
Western European-ISO. Also make sure you are using HTML or Plain Text, not
Rich Text. Some programs cannot handle Rich Text.
