Hello, I am using Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2814) under win XP home edition.
Is it possible to use the headers off the incoming mails to setup rules
about e.g.
sorting? I know that this possibility exists in Outlook 2002, but can't
find it 2000. Is there any update or extension that solves this issue?

if outlook 2000 doesn't support words in the header conditions, no, you
can't change it with an update. Each version of outlook adds some additional
conditions to the rules engine and unfortunately, it's only in the newer
versions.
