You might want to post your Outlook configuration information in the body
instead of the subject. Long subjects are being truncated.

I don't know how to work with configurations.  I used to copy and paste and
up until recently that worked.
copy and paste is what I read about in microsoft instructions for animation
on emails

Outlook configuration information means;
-post your version of Outlook
-post your account type
-post wether you are using Word or Outlook as the email editor.

Insert-> Picture is the recommended method to insert pictures/animations in
the message body.

No it doesn't. Insert-> File... will attach it. Insert-> Picture... will
place the picture in the body.

You will not be able to see the animation when composing the message, but
the recipient should.  Should you decide to upgrade to Outlook 2007 at some
point, be aware that it doesn't support animation at all.

about a month ago i could see sthe animation on the email as a picture after
i copied and pasted it.  now the page stays blank after pasting, except that
if I activate a part of the page there is a box where the animation was but
that abox disappears.  i sent myself an        animated copied and pasted
email just now and it came back blank.........we are still on Office 2003,

thanks for all your help, i just found another way to circumvent the problem.
by right clicking on an active animation and sending it to myself in email,
then when opening the email is still an attachment.  open the attachment and
it is still an active anima;tion,  right click on the active animation and i
copied and pasted onto a blank email and sent it to myself.  opened the new
email and voila it is still active in the body of the email.  much more
complicated that the other way but at least it still works.
