Blank email body Outlook 2007 (NOT BETA)

Hi I've read through som of the posts, and it seems like most of them where
for the beta version. I "inherited" a client (and the problem) that bought an
original copy of Office 2007, because the previous support guy loaded his
copy of Office 2003.

They upgraded to Office 2007 and now the email body's are blank. This is for
business use so the client need this fixed asap.

Can anyone help me with this.

Same solution as in the BETA; disable any virus scanner integration with
Outlook and redownload the messages.
