user accounts in windows xp pro. The problem I am having is that all email
gets delivered to outlook when its opened from both accounts i.e. my wife’s
email address which is set up in outlook on her user name in windows this
gets sent to me on my screen name in outlook is there a way to set up outlook
so that my email only goes to outlook on my screen name in windows and vice
versa? Both email addresses are from the same ISP thanks for any help you can
give

In Outlook, in Tools/email accounts, make sure only the account info for

In your mail profile remove her email account
Then in her win login, use the mail applet to create a new profile, set it
to prompt, add new pst & only her account
