I am using Outlook 2003 locally, Exchange Server 2003.  It looks like when I
add additional notes to existing contacts or tasks locally, all of the notes
disappear and I lose all the history that I had previously.   I tried
searching for any resolution to the issue and cannot find any answers.   It
seems I cannot trust updating anything at the present time because of this
issue.  Any help would be appreciated?

I am having the exact same problem with just a couple of my users. I posted
awhile back and did not get any replies. While it is nice to know I am not
alone, is there an answer for this?

My current solution is to archive daily to a separate file so that at least
the saved data can be retrieved as necessary from the archive. Very
cumbersome, but it functions. But would prefer an answer.
