My windows XP welcome screen reports I have 3 unread email messages which I
can't find.  I was using Mozilla Thunderbird until I purchased Office 2007
and started to use Outlook 2007 as my main e-mail portal. I have deleted all
my old messages in Thunderbird.  I have also deleted all messages in Outlook
Express.

I have marked all messages in Outlook as having been read, but this has not
solved the problem.

Can you please tell me if messages can be hidden and, if so, how do I access
them.  If not how do I get rid of the annoying report, and prevent it
appearing again?

Regards
