For what version of Outlook?
Does it work when you set Outlook as the email editor?

Yup, but it helps with troubleshooting the issue knowing if it works with
Outlook set as the email editor.

The Personal Address Book service is long obsolete and doesn'e even exist in
Outlook 2007.  You should move your PAB entries to your Contacts folder.

My problem is different.  After running scanpst last Saturday, my contacts
are listed, however the detail information is gone.  In other words,
MaryJones no longer has any of the information including e-mail address.
Where did it go and how do I get it all back?
