MS Office Forum / Outlook / General MS Outlook Questions / October 2007I cannot access my address book from outlook, unknown error
when I try to click on adress book (to) or CC field, I get a Word dialog box that says "the messaging interface has returned an unbknown error, if the problem persists try to restart outlook" I have restarted and still encounter the same problem. can anyone help?? thanks bobby For what version of Outlook? Does it work when you set Outlook as the email editor? You should move your PAB entries to your Contacts folder. SignatureBrian Tillman My problem is different. After running scanpst last Saturday, my contacts are listed, however the detail information is gone. In other words, MaryJones no longer has any of the information including e-mail address. Where did it go and how do I get it all back?
