Messagin Interface problem

I am encountering 3 problems:

1) If i try to delete an item from the inbox a popup comes of this
error stating " The messagin interface has encountered an unknown
error. If the problem persists, restart outlook." I have not only
restarted outlook but also restarted my computer but the problem
persists.
2) Every time i click on send/recieve it starts to download my mails
however upon completion it says that an unknown error occured and the
error code is 0x8004060C.
3) An error was displayed stating " Outlook cannot display this view.
Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid" I have no idea what this problem is all about.

Is there anyone who has a solution to these problems. A quick response
will be highly appreciated

Let's start with the error number 0x8004060C. Perhaps this may be an
undeliverable read receipt. Check this:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm

If that doesn't work, I would recommend creating a new PST, make it your
delivery location, and move all contents of your old PST to it EXCEPT for the
Outbox.

The above link did work for me, but it's trialware. I had the same problem
twice, a few months apart, and the second time I couldn't use it without
paying for it. But Microsoft puts out a free utility that will get the job
done. Try:
