Hello All.  I just installed SMS Link on 2 different machine. one XP Pro and
the
other a Vista.

Both times when restarting outlook it seems to crash.  I cannot go into it
via safe mode to disable it.  I have tried disabling through the registry
but no go.  I was able to do a restore from my vista machine and that worked
fine but I don't have installed on my XP Pro so I couldn't get it to work as
of yet.  All I want to do know is remove it.
Any suggestions out there? Please . . . Help!!!

I am also having this same problem.  I configure the Outlook Mobile Service
and then Outlook crashes everytime after that trying to open.  Opening in
safe mode and repairing don't work.  I have had this problem on two different
WinXP Pro computers.  I am in an Exchange 2003 environment.  Both were a
Office 2007 upgrade from 2003.  Does anybody know of a fix for this problem?

Also FYI: Outlook can be reverted back to a working state without having to
reinstall Office or use system restore.  Just remove the specific Outlook
mail user profile for the user in "Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles".
This will delete your account settings though.
