How do I restore the Opening Mail attachment warning message?

How do I restore the Opening Mail attachment warning message? I accidentally
unchecked the box "Always ask before opening this type of file" and cannot
restore it. How can I restore the message?

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/showdialog.htm - if the dialog is not
listed delete all of the unidentified numbers

actually, I misread the problem - it's not the reg key you need you change
but the last thing on the page tells how to fix the file open dialog.
