Is there any reporting device or code that can tell you when you have X MEG
left before you will get MailBox Full

Those messages will be send to you by the mail server.

that is typically a feature of the server - some versions of outlook will
warn you when the pst is getting near the max (2 GB), if you are using one.

Thanks for responding so quickly.

This person doesn't have a pst, but they do have a let's say 10 MEG limit on
their email.  

Are you saying there should be some setting from our IT department on the
Exchange server that could be set to warn at let's say 8 MEGs left, OK now
you have 5 MEGs left, OK now you have only 2 MEGs left, etc.

yes. it typically only sends once, when space is much lower - but it is
configurable in exchange.
