Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. An error occurred that prevented the file
H:\archive.pst from being saved. Close and then restart all mail-enabled
applications.

I have the above error message from a user when trying to access his archive
folder; the H drive is the letter assigned to his personal drive on the
server, say h:\sss-servername-svr\users_name

When you go to outlook and where it is storing the files is just showing
this as H\ and not the full file path, could this be the main problem? That
the path is not fully written down and cannot find the files as they are
required? If I change the file path to this it may work? Or is it related to
the fact that the pst file is 1.5gb?

Thanks for your help!

Size should not be a problem. Location sure is. PST files should never be
stored on network drives. The error messages even tells you why.
