My office uses Outlook 2000.  When I delete a message, the message stays in
my Inbox with a strikethrough of the text.  I cannot actually get them to
disappear from my Inbox until I hit "purge deleted messages".

How can I delete messages and have them disappear from my Inbox
automatically placing them into my deleted items folder?

HELP.
