On an XP SP2 platform, using Outlook 2007, I cannot open a new received email message by double clicking on the item in my inbox. I do have Norton Internet Security 2006 installed. Might this create a problem? Any help would be appreciated. It might. What happens when you double click? Did this just start and if so, have you rebooted? Any help would be appreciated. the item does not open when i doubleclick. i have unsuccessfully tried rebooting, which does not resolve the problem.
