Thanks for your response Brian. FYI I am using Vista. In Outlook 2007, if I
go Tools>Options>Tab Mail Format>Stationery & Fonts>Tab Personal
Stationery>Replying or Forwarding Messages>Font (for replying or forwarding
messages) I should be able to select the font for that task (replying &
forwarding). It works for forwarding, but not for replying. As a test, I
changed the Font for "new mail messages" several times, and when I replied to
a message, that is the default font that came up, not the one selected for
replying/forwarding. It appears there may be a bug in my program, but as I
said I ran diagnostics and did a repair with the OEM CD. Thanks.

Some additional info (which should have been in my last post). I disabled the
UAC (User Account Control) in Vista to see if this would help. It did not.
Also, when I open the "Font" box for replying or forwarding messages, the
"Default" box at the bottom left is "grayed out".
