Is there a way to prevent Outlook 2003 from automatically entering the local area code when entering a phone number? The modem & dialing dialog won't allow an empty area code box, and I assume that's where Outlook gets the data. Thanks, Craig. No. Masking of phone numbers has always been hard coded.
