How can Outlook 2007 delete and move up when I read emails?

In Outlook 2002, when I read emails in the message window, clicking on the
Delete button deletes the message and moves me up to the next message. In
Outlook 2007, when I delete an email from the Message window, the window just
closes. How can I get OL2007 to work the same way as OL2002?

Thanks in advance

Click on Tools - Options - Preferences - E-mail Options. Next to "After
moving or deleting an open item" choose "open the previous item"
