I am not able to save any attachments directly from Outlook 2003.  It doesn't
matter if it's .jpg, .doc, or what ever.  When I double click the attachment
I get the "open or save" window, click "save" then it opens the normal Save
As window except the file type only says "All Files".  There are no other
options.  This is a new problem, I have been able to save attachments with no
problem before.

Thank you.

that's the way it's supposed to look.  Is the file name in the name box?
then just click save.  The file type is what it is, pjg, doc, etc, and you
can't pick a different type.

Well, I tried it again and clicked save.  This time it worked where earlier
today when I went to look at the attachment I'd saved it wouldn't open &
under the details for the file it just said "File" instead of "JPEG Image"
like it does now. ??? what ever it wasn't doing before it is now.  Thanks for
your help.
