I'm using Outlook 2003.  When I do a "send/receive" only the message
headers come in to my inbox.  How do I get the full message to
download into my inbox in one step?
Also, I often get multiple copies of the same e-mail.  How do I
restrict it so that I only get one copy of an email?
Thanks for your help!

Go to Tools - Options - Mail Setup - Send/Receive and highlight the Group
Name. Next click on Edit. Next to "Folder Options" you will see radio
buttons for "Download headers only" and ""Download complete item including
attachments"

Although it's never happened to me, I have read elsewhere in this group that
some AV programs cause the multiple copy problem. Maybe someone can post a
more complete answer.
