Rookie Question: Outlook Subject Field Not Seen in Opened Email

Hello All
Hope all is clicking good with you all
Just like mentioned above, an email is double-clicked and the subject field
is not there. I have played around the Outlook settings, menu options and
nada.

Any information is certainly appreciated as it seems it could be something
simple.

So it seems.

It was found in another post:
in the compose window, click View and make sure "Message Header" is selected.
