I'm running office outlook 2007 on my windows vista pc. I can recieve pop3
e-mals fine, but cannot send out on smtp server. When I click send status
says "Send/Recieve Complete". But the message hasn't sent. It is still in the
outbox folder and hasn't moved to "Sent Items". There is no error codes
shown. I am having the same problem with no matter what ISP I'm using. I
would be greatful if someone could help me with this problem.

Try and disable you AV incoming and outgoing email scanning. Also if you have Anti Spam or Anti Phising filter set for email then disable those also. Is Zone Alarm installed also?

I have tried this and I still can't get it to work. I've also tried sending
e-mails with Windows Mail and this works. I just can't send with Outlook 2007.
