CREATE DISTRIBUTION LIST WITHOUT (BUSINESS FAX) IN "DISPLAY AS"

I'm running Outlook 2003.  I have hundreds of contacts that I used to create
a single distribution list (for mass faxing).  When I open the fax console
and select the distribution list, all of the contacts pop in as one huge list
of individual recipients and EVERY one of them has (business fax) at the end
of the recipients name.  So each and every fax that sends out has this in the
"To" line:

TO: John Smith (Business fax)

I can only remove it AFTER it has been added, within the fax console, which
takes hours.  I think I have narrowed it down to this: I need to find a way
to prevent Outlook from adding the "Display as" while creating the
distribution list.  I've tried installing RSOutlook to remove the second
"business fax" contact that shows up while selecting mail recipients, but
that doesn't work for distribution lists (at least I couldn't get it to work,
and the tech support for that product is terrible at best.  I got a
one-sentence reply to an email request for help that I could barly
understand, and the suggestion was no help at all.  After further attempts to
get help I received no more response.).  Can someone please help?  Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance...Jon

Outlook provides no method to access the Display As field for Fax addresses.
I have seen no code written to do so either. It's probably not a frequent
enough request. You'd probably have to hire it done or write it yourself.
Never hurts to ask in a programming group.
