I accidently deleted the business phone numbers for the businesses listed in my contacts list. How can I get them back or do I have to re-enter every one? Nellie Implausible. How does one manage to delete only one field for all of one's Contacts? If indeed you actually managed the contortion it would take to delete a single field globally (which I highly doubt), you should restore from your most recent backup. Your Deleted Items Folder would not help you in this unlikely scenario. Aren't you glad you back up your data?
