I accidently deleted the business phone numbers for the businesses listed in
my contacts list.  How can I get them back or do I have to re-enter every one?

Implausible. How does one manage to delete only one field for all of one's
Contacts?
If indeed you actually managed the contortion it would take to delete a
single field globally (which I highly doubt), you should restore from your
most recent backup. Your Deleted Items Folder would not help you in this
unlikely scenario. Aren't you glad you back up your data?
