I have been using Microsoft Office 2003 primarily for the Outlook Calendar
feature.  This has worked quite well until a few days ago when the calendar
display disappeared completely.
I can still pull up the appointments, and make new ones which display in a
list form.  I need to find out how to recover the calendar display.
Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas for me

So it's a table view right now?

View- Current View - Day/Week/Month might help.

The view categories are now:
Navigation Pane
Reading Page
Auto Preview
Expand/Collapse Groups
Reminder Window
Toolbars
Status Bar

I have explored all of these categories to no avail.

Thanks for your attempt to help.

If you create a new Calendar folder, does it show Arrange by and Current
view at the top of the menu?
Does the Inbox show Arrange by and Current view at the top of the menu?

You may want to shut outlook down completely, delete %userprofile%\local
settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\extend.dat and restart outlook
to see if that fixes the menu.

Extend.dat is the addin data. Outcmd.dat is the toolbar customizations but
I'd try resetting the menu first...

Dick,  I don't know if this is the same as your situation but...
I performed a search for a text string in my calendar (MS Outlook
2003) and the results were displayed in list mode.  Somehow I clicked
the wrong button or some such and could not get back to my normal
view: the 5 week view grid.  After trying spending 10 minutes or so to
no avail (and coming here) I finally resolved MY difficulty by using
the View menu, Arrange By, Current View, Day/Week/Month.  The list was
replaced by my familiar grid.  Good luck.
