Hello,

I tried to send a 14meg file which is now hung up my send function on
Outlook 2003.  I tried to right click and delete and it won't work.  How do I
remove this msg. from my send basket.  It says the msg. is in process.
However, this has been the msg. for 2 hours.

Help!!

Try Setting Outlook to "offline" (File - Work Offline) and then delete
the message.

One must first stop and restart Outlook after choosing Work Offline.

I tried to force clear my outbox, I tried re-setting the pst and nothing has
cleared the message.  It says that Outlook has already started transmitting
the message.

At LEAST on of the methods defined on the web site whose URL you included is
GUARANTEED to work.  It's apparent you haven't tried everything on that
page.

Those methods pretty much always work. One of the tricks is to take Outlook
offline or open the email in the Outbox which stops the send process. Then
try to delete it.
If you choose to work offline, close Outlook then open it again.
