Hello, I tried to send a 14meg file which is now hung up my send function on Outlook 2003. I tried to right click and delete and it won't work. How do I remove this msg. from my send basket. It says the msg. is in process. However, this has been the msg. for 2 hours. Help!! It's apparent you haven't tried everything on that page. SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] Those methods pretty much always work. One of the tricks is to take Outlook offline or open the email in the Outbox which stops the send process. Then try to delete it. If you choose to work offline, close Outlook then open it again.
