I don't understand your post. The web page clearly indicates that you cannot
use Outlook 2000 IMO on Vista without getting that error message. Did you
think the web page was wrong? Were you looking for a second opinion? Did you
have some other scenario not covered on that page?
Post a clear question if you have one. You have posted none so far.

I am using outlook 2003 on vista OS and get the same error- can not find WAB
dll.
Forgive my being a techno neophyte. Outlook 2003 retrieves my e-mail no
problem, but the problem comes when I try to send or reply. I get the "Can
not find WAB DLL".

The web page to which you referred has nothing to do with Outlook 2003. Why
did you reference it? Outlook 2003 would not throw that error message.
Provide more complete and accurate information.
