Cannot delete out of office message. No MAIL in TOOLS

I have loaded an "out of office" message prior to going away. Now I cannot
remove it as there is now no MAIL option in the drop down TOOLS window. How
do I get it to display?

at the bottom left corner there should be a drop down menu to change it to
"Turn off Out of Office Replies" hopes this helps.

Thanks but there is no such option now. I am sure there was when I set up the
OUT OF OFFICE response. Now it does not appear as an option on the drop down
window
