Hi all
Total newbie who knows nothing about OWA here!
A representative from our parent company is visiting and using OWA on one of
our desktops.
Whenever he tries to view an attachment direct from the email, he receives
an error "this page cannot be viewed" or similar wording.
Is this a permissions issue with OWA unable to write to the PC hard drive?
Details
Desktop is XP Pro working with default "domain member" setup in Windows 2003
Server network.
TIA
Phil

I use OWA (it's NOT Microsoft Outlook BTW) and always have to save to the
desktop first.
I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
