I want to be able to send standard emails to people automatically with whom I've made an appoinment in Outlook. For example, let's say I booked someone in a month in advance of their appointment and added them to the calendar in Outlook (or on my synched Palm Pilot). I'd want Outlook to send them a reminder a week before, and 48 hours before the appointment. Ideally, this would be an Outlook add-in, but any software which could read the calendar information from Outlook would be fine. What I don't want to have to do is use a separate piece of software which records appointments separately, and I have to enter details twice. Is there any such software?
