How do I block emails that are all the same but from different senders. They
all have a pdf attachment. The names are all different and the file names are
all different. I have not opened any and I am getting 20-30 a day. Help would
be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, Outlook isn't good at handling junk like that.  You may be
better off with an antispam tool like http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ or
http://www.spampal.org/
