Good Evening.  I have a user that for the past few months has had no issues
connecting to his email through Outlook or OWA.  On Monday he informed us
that he receives an error when he launches Outlook and cannot view his mail.
He can connect to his email both via OWA and through his Blackberry.  We do
not use a BESS server.  When I connected to his machine and launch Outlook I
received the following error:

"Unable to expand the folder.  The operation failed.  An object could not be
found".

I have configured Outlook on 2 other machines for this user and each gets
the same error.  There is nothing that appears in the event logs of any of
the machines.  Please help.

I am having a similiar problem with several users while I have other users
who aren't having any problems.

Did you find a solution to your problem?
