    Hi,

When print an email in Reading Pane,
it will auto mark as read.
how can i change the setting keep as unread after print in reading pane?

Click Tools | Options, then the Other tab, and the Reading Pane button.
Check your settings there.  It may be that Outlook is marking the message as
read not because you printed it, but because you viewed it in the reading
pane or you moved to another message after reading/printing it.

I did a little more research (including reproducing your issue myself) and
the answer is that printing your message is the same as opening it when it
comes to the read/unread status.  If necessary you can always mark the
message as unread again after you print it...
