Hi,
I have a user who cannot send attachments. When he attempts to browse for
them using the 'look in' drop down in the 'Insert File' dialog outlook
freezes. I tried reinstalling/repair. No good.
Incidentally, I found that Outlook behaved normally under another user
profile. So I suspect he has corrupted files in his profile. Can someone tell
me what files I should delete in his profile to get outlook working again?
I'd rather not delete and recreate his profile entirely.

Thanks

This can a symptom of a mapped network drive on a network resource that is
no longer available,.
