How Change display name e-mail recipients see when I send a message from
Outlook 2000

Just configure your mail account settings. I assume you know how to access
those settings. You did not provide your mail support mode so we can't
provide any more information.

I am using the Corporate or Workgroup option for my connection.I hope this is
what you mean by mail support mode.

And you cannot find your mail account settings? Did you not set up your
accounts in the first place?
Try Tools > Services...
