I have a user for some now has duplicate folders. When I right-click one of these folders, the "Delete" option is greyed out. I gave myself full rights to the mailbox, but still couldn't delete the folders. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Are these Exchange mailboxes or .PST files?
