No, I haven't tried that. Can you tell me how I would go about renaming the
old profile and creating a new one?

Control Panel - Mail - Show Profiles - Add, etc. While you're there, set the
option to Prompt for a profile to be used so that you can tell Outlook to
use the new profile rather than the old. (I don't think you can rename a
profile in Vista... not sure if it was possible in XP, either; but, that's
not key to this since you can tell Outlook which profile to use).

Thanks. I added the new profile and told Outlook to use the new profile. I
still cannot access Microsoft Outlook. Any other thoughts as to what could
be causing my problems?
