We just upgraded all of our computers to Vista with Office 2007, and one of
the many issues we're having is that in outlook 2007 the history is being
deleted every night. I.e. when you begin typing in the To. line, typically
you will see the history of last email addresses used. Problem is each day,
this history is gone. We didn't have this problem in our XP office 2003
environment.
Any help would be much appreciated. thanks

If you didn't create new Outlook profiles after this "upgrade," you must now
do so. Here's a dirty little secret: Outlook has never been able to survive
upgrades unless you create new profiles. Bet they don't include that in the
Help files or in the cost of upgrading, do they?

See if it helps to rename the old .NK2 file on each machine (the file that
holds the autocomplete entries) and let Outlook create new ones. Sometimes
profiles or elements of profiles are corrupted if they are reused after an
upgrade.
