How do I create a NEW Outlook profile if my original has become corrupt or
inoperatable. Basically, I'm having issues with my current profile. I've
tried repairing my Office suite in conjuction with my Office 2K3 Install CD
but to no avail. How do I create a new Outlook profile? I'm running Windows
XP, SP2; Office 2K3, SP2. Thanks in advance for your response(s)!

Go into Control Panel (from the Windows Start menu) -- if you're in Category
View, click User Accounts and then the Mail icon; if you're in Classic View,
just double-click Mail.  Click Show Profiles, then Add, and follow the
prompts.  Set Outlook to either always open with that new profile or prompt
you for the profile to be used when it starts.  Don't delete your old profile
until you're sure the new one works properly.
